What the website currently uses
The application's own code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Language is selected through the URL (/de or /en). Fonts and images are served locally through the website; no external font service is embedded.
This description covers the reviewed application code. Additional cookies or device access introduced by a hosting, CDN or security provider must be checked and documented when the operating environment is selected.
Form state in your browser
Inputs, validation messages and the retry identifier are held in the memory of the open page. The application does not write the form draft to localStorage or sessionStorage. Reloading recreates application state; your browser may independently handle form data through its own autofill or restoration features.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The live form loads Turnstile for abuse detection and connects to challenges.cloudflare.com. Technical browser and connection information may be processed even without analytics cookies.
A pre-clearance configuration may use the cf_clearance cookie. The application code does not activate that feature; the actual Cloudflare dashboard settings, technologies and durations must be verified before publication. No blanket claim is made that Turnstile performs no device access.
Device access and consent
Storing or accessing information on a device requires a separate assessment under section 25 TDDDG. A legitimate-interest assessment under data protection law does not replace consent where consent to device access is required.
The current website has no consent dialog. Before live operation, confirm which accesses are strictly necessary for the service explicitly requested. Non-essential technologies requiring consent may load only after valid consent; the implementation would need to be extended accordingly.
Browser settings
You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking scripts or security services may prevent contact-form submission. An alternative public contact method will be added with the outstanding company details.
The privacy policy provides the purposes, recipients, retention information and data protection rights associated with the website.
