Operating details under review
Before optional providers are activated, their account settings, retention periods, processing agreements and transfer safeguards must be confirmed. The consent dialog does not replace that review.
What the website currently uses
Analytics and marketing are optional and off by default. You can reject all optional services, accept all or choose purposes separately. The website and contact form work independently of that choice. Language is selected through the URL; fonts and images are served locally.
Google Tag Manager (GTM-KPRV6RZ2) loads the tag configuration and receives your consent status. Connecting to Google sends technical data, including your IP address, before you choose. Google Analytics loads through the container; Ahrefs loads directly in the page head. Both services load only with analytics consent. Meta Pixel is a planned marketing service and is not currently configured in the container.
Optional services and data
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): analysis of page views, site interactions and technical device information. Typical cookies are _ga and _ga_<ID>; cookie duration and data retention are set in the Analytics account and must be documented before activation. Google signals, advertising links and enhanced data collection are not part of this integration.
Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore): aggregated traffic measurement. The provider states that it uses no cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We still treat it as optional and enable it only with analytics consent.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): advertising measurement and personalised advertising. It may process page views, device and connection information and cookie identifiers. Typical first-party cookies are _fbp and _fbc. Actual durations and account settings must be documented before activation. Automatic advanced matching and transmission of form contents are not included.
Processing outside the EEA, including in the US or Singapore, may occur. Applicable safeguards under Articles 44–49 GDPR and retention periods must be documented before providers are activated. Contact [email protected] for details or data rights requests.
Form state in your browser
Inputs, validation messages and the retry identifier are held in the memory of the open page. The application does not write the form draft to localStorage or sessionStorage. Reloading recreates application state; your browser may independently handle form data through its own autofill or restoration features.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The live form loads Turnstile for abuse detection and connects to challenges.cloudflare.com. Technical browser and connection information may be processed even without analytics cookies.
A pre-clearance configuration may use the cf_clearance cookie. The application code does not activate that feature; the actual Cloudflare dashboard settings, technologies and durations must be verified before publication. No blanket claim is made that Turnstile performs no device access.
Device access and consent
Storing or accessing information on a device requires a separate assessment under section 25 TDDDG. A legitimate-interest assessment under data protection law does not replace consent where consent to device access is required.
The necessary welf_consent cookie stores only your categories, consent version and decision timestamp for 180 days. It contains no unique visitor identifier. It implements your privacy choice (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 7 GDPR). We ask again after expiry or a change of consent version. Analytics and marketing processing relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your consent or withdraw it with “Reject all” at any time. Changes apply to future processing and do not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Changing categories reloads the page to unload services. Known analytics and marketing cookies accessible to this website are removed on withdrawal. You can remove third-party cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not delete data already held by providers; contact [email protected] for deletion requests.
